Staff was friendly and well organized even though 2 women who clearly mismanaged their time were rude and very disrespectful because they were going to miss their train. In response to Potbelly it was NOT the STAFF that was abusive or RUDE It was 2 CUSTOMERS cursing at the staff . The staff did not respond negative in any way. The 2 CUSTOMERS were so RUDE they cut in front of me and the customer in front of me squawking how they were in a hurry and going to miss their train . I guess it was our fault they mismanaged their time.

Each time I've been here, the cashier has not talked to me and has barely made eye contact. After I pay he pretty much throws a receipt at me and a bag so I can bag my sandwich and drink myself. I ordered the Bigs size, and with that I probably didn't need to get chips as well. Very thankful I went here and not downstairs to the food court.
