Not only that he has taken care of my health but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with an outstanding quality of medical care. I had my nose bleeding so I was endorse to him as he is the ENT Dr. in this clinic. He would take time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. He was too concern of my health that he would like to see the progress every single day until it healed. He is my highly recommended ENT Dr. As to the clinic in general the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my health and care, in fact I made friends with few during my multiple visits. The place is great, the space is well utilized with a decent interior designs that makes it calm and comfy ambiance. Busy hours are around afternoon. We went there today at 7:50PM with our 2yrs son who fell down from stairs, bled so much, but the lady, Idda, sitting at the reception said there is no paediatric doctor available now and you better go to the hospital and check with surgeon. I was literally surprised with their negligent behaviour as we came to know in just 5 mins that one paediatric doctor, Dr Sharif, is leaving in 5 mins who while leaving gave us his 5-10 mins and prescribed and one more Dr Kiran Krishanan was also available. Staff straightly denied on the doctor’s availability and insisting us to go to hospital. Moreover, not even a single nurse checked my son when we were asking for help and told us to go to surgeon without checkup Very bad experience with these nurses and staff. I hope management will have a look on this matter .

As per them, should include consultation, deep cleaning, polishing and whitening which is supposed to be 800dhs. To my dismay, I think the Dr performed only cleaning and polishing (and seems a bit of rush)that didn't even lasted for 10mins. It's really not worth it and will certainlyl not recommend it at all.
