However, when we visited Nando's in an enormous mall like Mall of Emirates, there were some experiences that marred our overall feelings and thoughts about Nando's: 1- Bad Service Waiters and waitresses are fairly bad at giving quality service. They're not friendly, sincere or quick. The food could have been better - the wrap should've been more crispy, as well as that the fries should have been cooked more and have contained more salt. Additionally, it took the waiters ages to bring us the bill after requesting. 2- Expectations aren't met On a side note, I expected the "Extra Hot" option to be a lot more spicy than what I had. 3- The portions are quite small for their price I'd recommend you to either adjust your prices again, or add more food on each option in the menu. To fill the stomach up, we have to order more than we initially intended, which costs more. Please ponder on this.
