Soho Jazz And Food

Food was delicious! Server gave us samples of his favorite wines which was nice. Ambiance is nice and low key fancy. They have live music at 7 which adds nicely to the ambiance. The only critique I have is that the sauce that came with the chicken dumpling is okay. I wasnt a fan of it. Everything else though is great. I went there with a friend, but I think it would make a great place for a romantic dinner without the hefty prices.

Sadly I came here a few weeks ago on a bad night. I made a reservation and was excited for an evening of music and tapas. Unfortunately, there were staffing issues the night we came and tapas was closing down, a chef went home sick and earlier in the week I think the manager left. It was a bit disorganised. We did however quickly order a couple tapas items but were then in a position to 1. Leave or 2. Order off the appetiser menu (which was obviously larger portions when we just wanted small plates) We chose to stay and just dealt with it. However, the food had some issues as well, BUT they adjusted the bill. Will definitely go back once it’s all settled down. Previous experience was quite good! The music I always enjoy - plus the bottle of wine (they have a great selection) Come to think of it, the bottle of wine helped me through this unfortunate night too :) Seriously though, I’m hoping this experience was a one time thing and a great time is in my near future!

We love this place. The food is a bit pricey but very very good. They have great appetizers and we like order several and share and then on to the entrees. They have some nice cocktails and a few good beers. We also like to sit up front and enjoy the jazzzzzz. No hard to get a seat on week days but come early on weekends, it's popular. A great place to bring your lady.

Had a passion fruit martini, edamame, and chicken with risotto. Everything was perfect. The drinks are perfectly balanced in flavor! The bartender also had great customer service. Good live jazz music. Edit: I ordered Patron Cafe and the bartender (Jeffrey) gave me a little plate of chocolate covered espresso beans from Italy!
