Buffalo Wild Wings Grill

No reason not to love this place. Love this location. This is the best chicken wing chain restaurant in Texas. Everything is great here! I came here at night with my friends, and it was packed. Service was good. Restroom was clean. Huge parking space. I love the Thai curry sauce on my wings. It was ambrosia. There is a full bar here for you to order your favorite drinks. The atmosphere was amazing. Great friendly service, great food, and drinks.

The service was nice but the Chicken on the other hand, let's be for real, your Chef,cooks or company must approach the cooking of these wings more seriously. I understand time, is of essence but kindly look into marinating these wings. Barbecue sauce or any other sauce will not do the trick but the way the Main course is handled. I hope this well you guys to look into it, otherwise your clientele your head to your competition across.

The worst buffalo wild wings I have ever been. Four of us came to place around 11.45 pm since we were really hungry. We ordered a pretzel, boneless chicken wings and waited. The food was not delivered for almost 30 mins and the service was very poor. We never got to hear anything from the staff too regarding the delay. When the order arrived the wrong menu item was delivered. We order boneless wings but we got traditional wings instead. I advice don't ever go this place ever. Seriously very bad experience and worst customer service ever

What an AMAZING experience!! I have been ordering wings from Lewisville location all my life! But I was tired of their service as they are not able to manage their orders properly, last time I had to wait for over an hour for my online order! However, I tried the Addison location and only the service was great, but the taste of the wings was out of this world!! I am planning on coming back again next week! And if you guys live up to the expectations, then I will only come to you guys and refer more customers your way!

I arrived at this location around 7:50 pm. I tried to place a curbside order. The young lady who took the call was rather rude in her tone and said they don’t do curbside after dark. I said that was fine I can come and get it, but I don't want to come in with the number of people they have coming in and out. I proceeded to place my order. After giving my order and telling her how I want the wings cooked, she was still rude and condescending. She went right in and said you want ranch or blue cheese. I wanted to add cheddar wedges to the order before we got to this point. However, due to her tone and behavior, I decided to cancel the order. This was my first time ever dealing with someone with this behavior at a BWW.
