Addison Point

This place has one of the greatest burgers in the area. Food came out hot and fresh and would definitely enjoy going back to this place again. The only downfall I can say is that it was near empty when we got there and it took 25 minutes for us to get our order, which was only 2 burgers. Was kind of hoping it wouldn't have taken so long. Definitely not a place to go for lunch if you're not in any kind of hurry. But if you have time, it's worth a visit.

This used to be a regular spot for me for a few reasons: non-smoking bar. Friendly bar staff. Decent prices on drinks. Plenty of parking. Pool tables. Karaoke. Unfortunately, it just doesn’t attract a crowd unless there is a 49ers’ game. There might be 8-10 people there on a regular night. They got rid of one of the pool tables, they now only do karaoke on 2 nights (a key reason most know the place), and the new DJ’s don’t engage. The bathrooms need attention. And they could use a refresh on brands behind the bar. This could be a great bar but it will take some investment and effort to turn this place around. It’s a bar without an identity or attraction. I miss the good times.

My experience is always better the time before. Each time it gets worse and worse! Drinks are trash and the food is terrible. Waitress staff are petty and unprofessional. It was relayed to me that I need to tip the waitresses after never recieving a refill I asked for several times and never ordering a real drink because I was purposely ignored. Probably because I’m AA. I’ve seen white ppl stand behind me and be served before me. Time to get rid of this place. It’s stinking up Addison. Contacting the BBB TODAY!!

I was with a group of 4 and no one got charged gratuity except me, which there was no sign of stating instant add on. Otherwise i wouldn't have cared. After I corrected them for over charging me when they couldn't seem to keep up on who was paying for who. Took twice to ask for a bill and then ofcourse get the correction. I've been here before but honestly I remember now why I didn't come back. The service is just not it. Kept my receipt cause I'm making sure they don't take out more.

Ordered delivery of Cowboy Burger and paid a dollar extra to get a sub par amount of steak fries, six fifty extra for a very small order of onion rings, and a dozen hot wings. The big ol' beefy burger was adequate with a great kick of spicy heat from the jalapenos. The hot wings were cooked very well and the onion rings stood up to the bite test because the breading stuck to the onion rings when bit through. The worst kind of onion ring is one where the onion slips out of the breading when you bite. None of that here. Well done on the excellent execution of onion rings.
