Chipotle Mexican Grill

I eat here at least once a week because the food is consistently good. I like to order in the app and my food is ready when I arrive. This location is convenient for me and is clean. I’ve had both their vegetarian options and also the chicken and both are equally as good. I usually get a burrito bowl, but sometimes I’ll have a burrito or even the tacos. All of their food options are good.

If I could rate this place a zero I would! I found a bug in my food and instead of being apologetic about it the “manager” gets rude with me and basically tells me here is your refund now leave! That is no way to treat anyone after they’ve found a bug in their food! I proceeded to ask her for the Corporate’s number she would not provide it I also asked her for her name she refused to provide. She walked away from me and never came back to the front leaving the cashier to assist me. I’ve never felt so disrespected and undermined in my life! Instead of making the situation better she made me feel as if I wasn’t valued as a customer! This location is filthy and the employees attitudes are as well! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

What time does the restaurant close? Does it close at 9:47-9:50 because we that is what time they lock the doors. It is inconsiderate of customers. If you close at 10pm CLOSE at 10pm. P.S. I am a TRUE Chipotle regular. So to come at exactly 9:50 to locked doors after rushing to get here is truly disappointing.

We live close to this chipotle and have come here often, but every time we have gone there has been an issue. We understand mistakes and being understaffed but messing up every time isn’t normal (and we never go during busy times and there’s plenty of people behind the counter, yet we have had more issues here than we have at any other chipotle during their busiest times). They have messed up on our bowls, given us someone else’s order, overcharged us multiplied times, and the workers we have encountered are very rude. I don’t like leaving reviews like this but it’s a consistent experience and feel like it’s necessary.

This has to be one of the worst Chipotles in the metroplex. Every time I come here, it's usually because it's my last choice, looking for something semi-healthy a little late at night. And every time I regret it. Staff is always messing around. They can never seem to get the burrito closed or fully wrapped in foil. Rice is frequently undercooked and kind of crunchy. Online order is never ready, even 10 minutes after the pickup time, which usually ends with someone confusingly asking me what the order name was after noticing my aggravated self trying to wait patiently at a table. Addison is Dallas's restaurant mecca. Do better.

Understaffed? No pride in ownership/management. This location doesn’t handle lunch hours very well. Tables are dirty, and the drink station is usually faulty with either no ice, or non-working aguas frescas. Kitchen counters are stacked with used food containers. Not a clean eating establishment overall.
