Skinny Pizza

A great assortment of pizzas, tasty. Nice outdoor seating. Really a great addition to this community. I had a brief chat with one of the owners, great chap. I visited on their one year anniversary and took advantage of their wide array of pastas and pizza. Additionally they have very good Wi-Fi, so to it’d be a good place to work from.

This is a great concept that has potential, but is not quite there yet. After visiting the first week they were open, I figured it was worth another try. The result is the same... it's just ok. The ingredients for the pizza are fresh and they have a great selection, but the crust that holds it all leaves a little to be desired. Some other interesting observations: - There is an odd ordering process: 1) Place your order with the employee building your pizza 2) Tell the person mid way down the counter what you ordered so they can print you a short receipt. 3) Continue 6 feet down the counter to another employee who takes the order receipt, rings up your purchase, and takes payment. It seem steps 2 and 3 should be combined... it really confused me the first time! -Mood lighting: When eating dinner the last time, the fluorescent lights above the line were turned off. This left it dark behind the counter other than lights accenting the menu. It may be a mood thing... but from outside I almost thought they were about to close.

This was my second time here. I was not overly impressed the first time but I wanted to give it another try. I did a simple create your own pizza. Ingredients were fresh but that doesn't mean much when the dough is not even close to fresh. It looks mass produced (since it is a perfect flat circle). I have made better pizza at home. The pizza tastes okay, but the dough was still soggy under the toppings. Disappointing... Edit: Decided to give this a 3rd try and went for a simple Cesar salad. They stuffed as much lettuce into the smallest container and gave a tiny portion of dressing. They premixed the dressing and salad for other customers but not for me. the lettuce was also luke-warm, as if it had been sitting out all day.

The pizza was really fresh and they have gluten free and cauliflower pizza crust options. The service was horrible. The female was rude and unpleasant. I said thank you many times and she never once said you're welcome. When my pizza was ready, she popped it onto the counter and said "here!" She didn't show me the pizza and that's most likely because she had blackened all of the crust. I rarely ever leave feedback but she was extremely rude.

First off I want to say don’t even BOTHER trusting any of the good reviews from the past couple months. Seems to be from friends or family of management. Honestly hoping they go out business sometime soon. Place seems to have SERIOUS cross contamination issues and was absolutely filthy. The girl that assembled my pizza used a wooden peel that had dried sauce and cheese all over it, didn’t seem to matter to her as she slapped my crust directly on top of it. All the toppings seemed stale and molding. You’d think that the place would care more since they are making the pizzas right in front of you. So annoying. Customer service was severely lacking, couldn’t even smile. The place was also loud so I couldn’t understand her at times so when I asked her to repeat herself times she caught an attitude. Seemed to take everything in her not to roll her eyes. I’ve been here once before when they first opened so I already had a positive mindset and impression. Didn’t think it could’ve gone downhill that much.

My wife and I stopped in and had a couple pizzas this past Memorial Day weekend. I ordered the pizza with Italian sausage and other meats (forgot the name) and it was tasty. If your looking for a healthy pizza this is a good place to go. Their fountain drinks are unique too. The owner was a nice person and took his time to explain their concept.

Me with my friends been there several times and we loved it. They have great selection of meat, veggies, cheese and many more. Also their beer collections are pretty good. Food Ingredients are fresh and delicious. I have tried their soup too and it was delightful. They have vegan, and gluten free options. They have a nice decorated outdoor patio. If you are in Addison and craving for pizza then I highly recommend you to give it a try.
