Its 5.40 and their sign says open at 5am? Its one thing that they close randomly with no notice but its another that they refuse to abide by the dumb sign they put out. The gentleman standing right there definitely can hear all the people waiting outside and asking what is going on but they refuse to answer nor come to the door. Ridiculous and rude.

I tried loading my Cashapp card there 5 months ago and the money hasn't been found.. The owner has been informed that I am due a refund but has failed to fulfill his obligations. They don't about our reviews because we are separate. They don't even have a phone number that works for that store. So robbing they should be a piece of cake if you choose that route.

Was open at 6:10 am when it says 24 hours online. When I tried to asked the cashier what time will she open she just put her hand in the air and said not. Very rude. She could have at least given me a time frame. That is the only 7/11 the closes that I've even seen. But at least the other worker gets it open by 5: 30. Someone has been being lazy and dropping the ball. In just the 2 minutes I was the four customers came. Don't put open 24 hours if your employees are too incompetent to honor that

Worse store in this chain! Been to others and NEVER run into the problems of this store from smelling AND looking like it hasn't been cleaned in a while (during Covid epidemic!!), to just being rude and slow. Claims that 711 doesn't sell lottery on a debit card (just saw the man in front of me use his card), rolling of the eyes and sighing when asking for your receipt, to being the only person in the store and employees keep stocking shelves and whatnot while they watch you standing at register, to getting short-changed when you pay in cash (gave cashier a $20, he claimed it was a $10). I had visited an ATM about an hour before, getting nothing but $20 from the machine. Some please tell me why this obvious franchise is still allowed to carry the 7-11 name? I get disgusted with it and won't go back for months. This time I'm sticking with NEVER going back.

The employee at night (short and older man) sleeps on the job, I waited at the register while I watched him sleep in the office. He rang up the wrong items, then he doesn’t give me a bag for my items or even acknowledged me standing there. I also felt very uncomfortable there as someone was harassing me, trying to get me to say something to them as though I had tried to tell them something even though I didn’t. The man at the register didn’t care and I had to have someone on the phone with me because I felt unsafe. This location is especially bad at night and not as nice as the one by Marsh/Kellersprings. Would not recommend this location at all.

Employee uses the same gloves when giving taking money and giving change to a customer and uses the sane gloves when giving the (hot) food to the customer be careful that's nasty 🤮🤢

Wish I could give zero stars. Biggest bunch of rude idiots I have ever met. Close the store. Do yourself a favor. The employee literally argued over twenty cents with me on an iced coffee they have advertised for 79¢ but charged me 99. First he said I got the wrong size then he said I needed to put hot coffee in a cup put ice in it then he would charge me 79€ instead of what I already in my cup which was the premade junk. So then I asked how much a hot coffee was. He said 1.59. so basically if i add Ice to a hot coffee it Saves me eighty cents.. idiots!!!!!!!!
