I'm annoyed I can only leave 5 stars. Without doubt one of the best eating experiences I've enjoyed. The staff have an impeccable eye for customer service, the kitchen took great care in some of the requests and the overall experience is something I'd pay for again without a doubt. Very much feel like this is a hidden gem

Loved it, crispy cauliflower was delegate - surprisingly light and crispy. Peking duck bao - the duck was cooked to perfection with crispy fresh cucumber, spring onion and wrapped in the fluffiest bao steamed flat bun. The sous vide prepared beef ribs was amazing - had a subtle smoky flavour, light marinade so to not take away the meat flavour paired with a crispy salad. Partner had the ocean trout and she loved it. The service was second to none. Only one fault, we needed more steam bun to mop up the juices left on the plate. Thanks Bai Long team.

Bai Long Store serves some of the most delicious food out there. Every single dish was perfect, the chicken, duck and pork were juicy and not dry which some restaurants don't get it right and it can ruin an entire meal. Food was seasoned really well and the dishes were perfect. The only downside was the serves were every small, like every dish was short one or two spoons too small. While I don't mind paying more for a meal but giving people the option to of a feed me option for $65 and walking out a bit hungry was slightly disappointing, I probably would recommend you go for the $80 option as it would probably fill you more.
