Phonatic - Vietnamese Restaurant

Highly recommend this place. Hands down the best food and service in my experience. Food was really good, huge portion, authentic and fantastic flavors. The service was top notch with so much attention to us party of 7 people. One staff accidentally took an unfinished plate as our friend went away for a little while. Honest mistake but they completely gave him a new bowl of the meal. We went back again for their Bahn mi and it was fantastic.

Vietnamese coffee was average not as strong like you expected to get in Vietnam. The Pho and Bun Rieu was pleasant. 2 out of 3 staff that served our table had a very good attitude and was always very friendly except for the grumpy one girl who was quite grouchy when we spoke to her about our food orders that kept us waiting for 30mins after our coffee came. Will return again.

Modern and bright setting with more seatings and the back. Meat platter was good, the buns were crispy. Meats were juicy, also came with 4 sauces. Pork belly was tender and had somewhat crispy skin, but wasn't consistent, crispy skin layer was quite thin. Vermicelli salad was good, sauce had a good balance. Combination rice came with the same meats on the platter. Pho was not bad. Bit on the pricey side but this place had good atmosphere.
