Delicious pasta, starters and food in general. Unfortunately you don’t get a lot per serve and quite pricey but to be expected given the reputation and location, also there’s no parking aside from street ticket or u-parks. Service was good and servers seemed very aware of the menu ingredients and wine list pairings. If the meals and drinks weren’t so expensive for what they brought out, it would’ve been a 5 star review!

I had heard a lot of mixed reviews going in but wanted to make up my own mind. Firstly, service was ok. Not bad but ok. Had to wait a little while before taking our order but when they did come the staff were friendly. Their way of presenting menu options to the kids is the best I've came across at any restaurant (a viewfinder with pictures of the food)! The food itself was mostly average. The posh chips (pictured) were easily the highlight. The dessert combinations sounded great on paper but lacked the kind of punch I was expecting. It wasn't a bad experience overall but I felt it was nothing to get excited about either.

Love their smoked salmon bruschetta☺️the taste of smoked salmon was perfect. That was no too salty or too plain and the little bit of lemon juice made me feel refresh when the each time I tasted it. Both of the textures of truffle pasta and lamp ravioli were quite good and I really enjoyed it. However, I felt the flavour of truffle pasta was not enough and could be a little bit stronger and the taste of the ravioli was a little bit too strong and salty. If you are gonna order a steak, I recommend rare or medium rare state. We ordered a medium steak but it was already cooked very well. That still tasted good but I don’t really recommend ordering the steak here. The price was expensive but the texture and flavour were normal compared to other restaurant.

Ordered Jamie’s Ultimate Feast and was expecting it to be a big “FEAST”! Oh, my wife was planning on getting a single course meal but apparently the waitress that served us said if I was going to go for the Ultimate Feast then my wife has to go with it too. What?! But then again, it’s Jamie Oliver’s right? So why not for just one occasion. So we went for it. Appetiser was alright. Lamb Ravioli tastes like corned beef and portion was not worth what we paid for. Pork Belly was over cooked, dry and the sauce tasted like salty mushy fried eggs in a mushroom sauce. Desserts were OK. Paid $138 for all of that and we ended up in Hungry Jacks right after that. I guess not all qualified chefs are good cooks. There are so many unsung heroes out there who may not have the papers to be a qualified chef but has the real touch and passion for food! Cooking wholeheartedly is THE ultimate form of giving.

Wow this building interior was gorgeous. It was a really lovely venue to visit - even the loo’s are cool. I had primavera Ravioli and really liked it. My mother had a gnocchi and put it up there with some of the best gnocchi she’s had. And even my daughter who had the chicken lollipops (actually just chicken kebabs) really loved her meal. However we were a bit surprised by the garlic bread. I expected a more rustic kind of bread however out garlic bread was 4 brioche buns with a smidge of garlic butter inside. Sprinkled with nice Parmesan and I roasted slivers of garlic - these were the best bits. Felt really disappointed with this part of our meal. One of the kids meals was also a bit more literal than we’d expected with it being served in an actual lunch box. We also wished that the person seating us had told us more about how the service worked. At one stage we were left trying to flag down a waiter so that we could get our first drink - yet our food orders had been taken very quickly. We also struggled to flag someone down to find out how we paid, in the end just getting up and walking to the front desk. I enjoyed our visit, but just felt like a few small things were a bit “Off”

The restaurant looks fantastic; used to be an Art Deco style bank I believe. Food was delicious and lemon & vanilla martini was amazing. However the service was awful. Whilst staff were friendly they never refilled our water, asked to get us more drinks, or cleaned our tables. They also over charged us but couldn’t be bothered disputing them as I was over it.
