Gloria Jean's Coffees

Staff are lovely here! I’m enjoying the newer items on the menu, more than just coffee so the little ones can enjoy items from here too. Loving the fruit chillers and the matcha smoothie is refreshing for a warmer day as opposed to my usual favorite caramel latte on the cooler days. Couches and seating do need a little maintenance though.

Price wise. Love the consistency! Hot chocolate amazing, coffee always great, beautiful ice chocolate and love l oive love love heated chocolate muffin here !! With cream on side, plus the friendly staff.. love it ! Went here today with my husband and my family, the guy who served us delivered our order to our table where usually your name will be called and you need to pick up at the counter. Great customer service, and he always smile 👍👍recommend 👍👍

Was served quickly, by a friendly man, ordered a sausage roll and almond milk Cappuccino. Went to the next counter to ask a staff member if she would have someone clean the table down - her word to me were ‘what do you want … today!’ Not nice as they were snapped at me. I waited longer, but I didn’t mind that, however, my heated sausage roll sat on counter for quite some going cold and being leaned over and breathed on, when I was called, I had to ask a second time for the table to be cleaned and then had to sit holding he coffee and the plate in each hand while waiting. Trust me Luke warm ‘sausage’ roll, which tasted like stuffing inside greasy puff pastry is not very pleasant. No wonder Gloria jeans is no longer popular!

Ordered a topped up Long Mac earlier today. After I returned the long black I was served at first, I was served a weak flat white! Although the barista acted like he knew what I ordered, he clearly didn’t or couldn’t be bothered. I didn’t return the coffee (which also tasted as if the machine needed cleaning) a second time. - finished it and left…

As intimate as having a coffee in the middle of the subway in Hong Kong in peak hour. The noise in the food mall a roar so it’s not the place if you want a peaceful coffee or to chat to the person next to you. Having a delightful time hearing about the woes of the guys behind me. With all the save the earth going on, what’s with the plastic forks for dining in? Also don’t expect service, you order, you’re expected to go down the line and collect. Even McDonald’s brings eat in food to you.
