Rudest staff member in Adelaide. We know it’s been hard to secure staff, especially on the weekend but Please review your hiring policies. Perhaps only hire people that enjoy what they do and actually want to help customers instead of instigate arguments with them. Would give zero if I could ☹️

Compared with the subways I have been to, this one gets the lowest rating because of the lady who served me. She was quite terse and got annoyed with me because I wanted quite a lot of salads and was supposed to say "all but xxx" but I didn't remember all the salads they had on offer so I had to check to make sure I knew which ones I didn't want first and she wasn't happy with me not being quick with that. It tasted lovely though.

Lovely attentive staff and awesome food!! The guy with cool green piercing was super friendly and welcoming. He didn’t make me feel like a weirdo for wanting to use my own container and made the most amazing environmentally friendly and contact-free (smart and hygienic) takeaway salad for me! I really appreciated it and I will come back! 💚

The bread wasn't toasted well. Patty wasn't fully cooked, could feel the raw ingredients with each bite I took. The sandwich artist was quite stringent with the toppings and sauces compared to the other Subways that I've been to. Would prefer Subway at other locations!

Terrible customer service, owner of the shop was extremely rude and obnoxious, and they didn't complete my order the way I requested. I would not recommend going to this subway, especially if your hoping to avoid rude owners and bad service.

Some of their salads ingredient are of poor quality not fresh at all, not worth the price paid for. Together with Poor customer service. Not Recommended.

It's kinda set up as an island in the middle of a hustling food court. A place of tranquility, subs and good times.

Very rude and unprofessional customer service people. They puts very little amount of toppings in your sanwich. Such as they are giving these from their pocket. Very very very bad customer service and sandwich quality is worse (little amount of sauce and toppings! ). You better buy bread and meyo from coles and eat. Never ever recommend this place and the worse customer service people. Compared to other subway places this place gets a minus rating! DON'T EAT THERE! WASTE OF MONEY AND DISGUSTING PEOPLE.
