We drive here from Canton since the one at Belden closed, if that tells you anything!! Amazing burgers that can't be beat elsewhere. Service is always amazing and attentive. I wouldn't be sad at all if you reopened back in Canton... But until then, we'll continue to frequent for the best burgers in Northeast Ohio.

Recently ate at the Rail following our daughter’s doctor appointment. We’ve eaten here before, but this trip the food and service were OUTSTANDING! My husband commented that it was the best burger he had in a very long time. The menu was extensive and there was something for everyone. We were big fans of the pickle chips, the onion rings were delicious and the shakes were the perfect dessert! We will definitely be back and highly recommend!!! Laura our server was also kind, polite, professional and never left us waiting for anything! She had a beverage waiting before we even had to ask…we haven’t had service like that in a very, very long time!

I have been wanting to try this place for a while, so I placed an online order a few days ago. It was literally perfection. Both the burger and the skinny fries were amazing, so so good. Every bite was better than the last. They organized everything so nicely in compartments and gave me everything I need like silverware, condiments, napkins, etc. I also got a brownie sundae and it was amazing, with hot fudge and good size portions. I’m looking forward to going back. 10/10

Stopped for happy hour after some shopping. We ordered the Buffalo chicken dip appetizer and watched the guy in the kitchen put our chips on the plate with no gloves. He had quite the beard and was not wearing a beard net. The Buffalo chicken dip was obviously microwaved because the outside had burnt spots and the inside was cold. The restaurant is really nice but it concerns me that food safety doesn’t appear to be on the top of their priority list.
