Pub Bricco

Celebrating my birthday weekend, we wanted to try someplace new, after lunch and between errands, for a bottle of wine and an appetizer. What a great find! Menu offers a variety of scrumptious items. Good wine selection and other spirits! Pricing a little high but not too bad. Quality does match the cost, so thats very important. Nice sized building, well staffed. Lots of parking available. Outside seating, very nice, comfy. The keg tator tots were yummy! Wine we picked was nice. Atmosphere was pleasant. What made our first time experience a "will be back definitely!!!" was hands on dye to our server!!! Kudos to her (pictured)! Dining experiences would be phenomenal if all server's demeanor were just like hers! For only serving one month at this establishment (plus attending college), she got this! Thank you for making our visit awesome! I do highly recommend visiting Pub Bricco to everyone. Bon appetite, Salut and Godspeed everyone!

Good restaurant for sandwiches and salads but prices are decently high for what you get and the service when we went wasn't great. We ordered 2 salads for our meals and after 45 minutes of waiting (and the restaurant was dead) we finally asked where it was. Server did not come by to get refills for our drinks either...we had to ask another server. She hardly came around and we could see her off to the side being picked/lifted up by the bartender (yes, that's exactly what I said).

First off, if I had ordered my food to go and ate at home, I would give this place five stars. The food is a little pricy but well worth it. My Reuben sandwich and onion rings were outstanding! But the dining room was very uncomfortable for me. The seating felt cramped and confined, the plain steel chair was very uncomfortable, the table was too small for our meal, drinks and appetizer, and the dining room was extremely loud. The service wasn't bad, but average at best. All that being said, now that I know what to expect, I plan to go back to try their weekly specials.

They messed up my order and while that's not usually an issue, it resulted in an extra 13 dollars charge. Which isn't a lot but for the food quality, meh. If you want a 5 star experience, go on Monday and pay 10 for a burger and a beer. At that price it's a steal. Otherwise it's really not that great. Could've been a few off nights though as the atmosphere is good.

Ordered through DoorDash. Chicken parm sandwich wasn’t breaded like it states on the menu, it was dry, barely any sauce and little to no cheese. Buffalo chicken egg rolls were raw, wonton dough was rubbery and uncooked. When I called to inform the staff I was told I needed to take it up with DoorDash?!?!? Since when does DoorDash cook the food? The manager was rude and didn’t even want to speak to me and wanted to let the hostess do his job for him. Maybe DoorDash should cook the food, it might be better. Won’t be ordering again.
