The setting is great. We sat at a table right by the lake. The food was good. We ordered the mahi mahi appetizer, which was good but not great. We ordered a side salad to share, which was large and quite good. The balsamic vinaigrette really made it a great tasting salad. For dinner, I got the blackened shrimp tacos, which were excellent. The sauce that came with it was especially good. My friend ordered the quinoa with black beans, corn, and Cauliflower. (Sadly, there was no cauliflower.) It was pretty good, but for the price we expected better. Disappointingly, they were out of beers on tap, too, so I got a bottle of Dortmunder Gold and my friend got a Corona. What wasn't good at all was the service. Both tables next to us came after us but got their food before us. When the server finally brought our food, she brought it altogether. We were expecting to get the appetizer and salad before the main meals, but that didn't happen. Not sure why. Worse, we had no silverware. When the server came back 5 minutes later and asked how the food was, we said we didn't know because we had no silverware to eat it with. She sort of apologized and went to get some. It was at least another 5 minutes before she came back. By that point our food was getting cold. We still ate it, and it was still tasty, but it would have been better if warmer. Back in the day when I was a waiter, I would have told my manager what a clusterf*ck performance I had given the customers and asked him/her to check in with the table and if necessary make things right. But that didn't happen. I rarely complain at restaurants, but the fact we didn't get our food for nearly 35 minutes, and then didn't get silverware for another 10 is absolutely unacceptable. I would have complained if there had been someone to complain to, but I saw no manager our entire time there (close to 2 hours). With so many other good restaurants in the area, it may be a while before I go back to this place, if ever. Sad, because the restaurant setting is positively lovely (though there are three flights of steps to get down to the lower level, challenging for people with disabilities). Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I think my expectations was high it wasn't what I assumed! Our waitress was cool tho the food wasn't that good. Scenery was ok decent music couldn't really hear it outside. I do want to go back tho for the water bike.

Just a fair statement we did go on a Saturday of Memorial Day weekend and this place has a boat "swim-up bar" if you will, so your experience may be different with the timeframe. It took about 45 minutes for our Cauliflower wings and Salmon BLT to get to us. Servers were very busy, but were also so very friendly and we didnt care about the time as this place is Huge!!! They have alot going on which is awesome and a must see! Walking through the main entrance is a fancy showroom that is available for reservations, but outside is where it is happening! Three levels of viewing the river! The food and drinks were all so good and the servers so nice, and watching the boats pull up was very cool!

Took 50 minutes to get a burger and tacos. Had to stop a girl that was given the wrong table number and didn’t know where our food went. Wrong taco’s served! No one ever came back to the table once! Tried to complain to a manager about the terrible experience. Took another half hour to have him tell us since we ate the food, he would only take 25percent off the bill. Will never go back or recommend to anyone. In total wasted 2 hours there instead of boating on the lake.

So had just a variety of issues. First, with our drink order we had a margarita we ordered with salt. Came without salt, not a huge deal but they didn't even mention. Tried to get salt, turns out they had no kosher salt, only then did they offer table salt as an option. Ordered a burger, chicken Caesar wrap, and a house salad with chicken. Chicken Caesar wrap was fine, though was not a huge fan of the whole tomatoes, but that could be personal taste. Burger we ordered pink was a pre-formed and not fresh-pressed burger and was well done instead of medium rare as ordered. Not worth the price personally. The house salad, possibly the most simple item came as ordered without the dressing on the side. Sent the girl who ordered to get it. She came back with one other item we ordered and never again. In the meantime, our waiter asked how everything was and we mentioned it. He went off and then was moving all around and we had to call attention to the lack of dressing to eat the salad a second time before he prioritized it. So two people, three attempts. Took almost 20 minutes to get the dressing for the salad for my mom on Mother's Day. Not impressed Picks. Not impressed with the prioritization of customers.

Great food, service, and atmosphere! The patio was very dog friendly. Our waitress brought our pup a bowl of ice water and we didn’t even have to ask. Another waitress brought him bacon strips, and they had plain burgers we could order for him. We both had cocktails, split the Buffalo dip, and had sandwiches, and it all tasted great— especially the dip! Located right on the lake, you can’t beat the location.

Shelby, our waitress tried her best, but they were way understaffed. No excuse though for the burger's being overcooked and not very flavorful. My wife's grilled chicken salad was less than remarkable too.
