Baxter's Bar

service was good, tuesday $2.50 tacos were a great deal, & beer options were wide. we got one of all 5 tacos on the menu; can’t go wrong with any of them. i’ve never had the press hard seltzer but the pomegranate ginger flavor was awesome. looking forward to going back & trying the nachos & the bowls.

The visit started off great, we got menus placed in front of us at the bar within seconds of sitting down. It quickly went downhill from there. The bar"tender" took orders from the parties on either side of us without even glancing at us. We sat there for nearly 20 minutes as he walked back and forth past us and avoided eye contact. I tried the old hand wave but he quickly turned his head the other way. We even tried the old "menu push" towards the edge of the bar. We were hoping to get served while the other bartender was using the register, but he just stood next to her and watched her use the screen. Mind you, the place wasn't that busy and I realize places are short staffed due to circumstances out of their control. Your money is better spent at Lockview. (Just don't get the fried pepperoni).
