Panera Bread

We ordered green passion smoothy. Daughter drank a few gulps before she realized it had what appeared to be paper blended in with the drink. We contacted panera bread sent pictures of the problem but nobody ever responded or got back to me. Everything else we got was good. Not happy with customer service.

I love the food and drinks at Panera. I regularly order there, usually curbside, and typically have a good experience. However, the last two curbside orders in a row, the coffee I ordered was barely lukewarm. I thought that perhaps I arrived too late to pick up my order. Today, there were some issues with my curbside order pickup, such as no silverware or napkins included, etc., as well as cold coffee yet again, even though I was right on time. This time, I dumped the coffee and went inside to get fresh. All the thermoses of coffee inside were running out, another reoccurring problem experienced at this Panera. I filled up my cup from three different thermoses and upon getting in my car realized that this coffee was also barely warm. Bottom line, the coffee is good, but I don't want to pay for cold coffee, and I don't want to purchase it online and not be able to get a full cup because the coffee in the thermoses are not being replenished. I love you, Panera! I want to keep ordering from your store! I would really appreciate your attention to this issue.

So I came in and ordered food for me and my family to go! I ordered the pick two and got a soup with the Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich, which sounded so good. When I opened my sandwich it was a whole sandwich but the chicken salad covered less than half of the bread which was so disappointing as I was looking forward to this sandwich. I am not sure if it is just this location but the were very skimpy on the amount of chicken salad that they put on the sandwich. Everyone else's sandwiches were find. I meant to call on Friday, April 29, 2021 but just got busy and was to hungry to deal with it.

Unfortunately it just wasn’t good. The smoothy tasted bad. The pizza tasted bad. The salad and bread were good even though the bread wasn’t even bagged separately it was just placed in our bag with the salads. Maybe that is the way they do things. I just always thought Panera Bread was better than this. The salad was good. I had a gift card and I know I had $15 dollars on it but the machine declined it twice and when I went to check the balance there was $15 available. I’m just really disappointed. I hardly ever leave reviews but thought in this case it was necessary.

More than once my online order has been wrong, however to their credit, when I bring it to the attention of management they always offer something free for the inconvenience. That says a lot, but they just really need to make sure the bag contains the exact order to begin with. Food is delicious, prices good.

This location serves the most disgusting spinach that I have ever seen a restaurant serve. It happens every time I go there, but for some reason I keep going back. The included photo is not even a bad case, I've had to pick out almost all the spinach previously. I love panera salads and sandwiches IF they are made with ingredients that won't make me sick. Panera corporate, DO SOMETHING! This is totally unacceptable and not what I expect from your restaurant.
