Insomnia Cookies

I went today after work, I have an on campus job and got off at midnight. Went straight there, not even past 12:20, and when I walked in the girl said they were closed. The hours posted clearly show that they should be open from 11am-1am, excluding delivery hours until 3am. I can’t go in, but you’ll take it to my dorm? Really?

if no stars could be a review this would be it. they’re never open when i arrive, they’re always out of the cookies i want after i already have paid for them, they’re rude, dirty people. not to mention they’re not open the hours they advertise. i will be going to the better business bureau to report the false advertisement of hours. also they do not take cash, only card payments. never have had a good experience. 0/5 stars!

Never received updates in delivery. Driver never called/texted. Randomly dropped them off not following directions, never made sure I got them. It took well over 2 hours for them to come a few miles. they were left at a public table in a lobby at a hospital. I had to search for them when I check the email tracker when they were finally delivered. The milk they delivered wasn't even real milk, it was some fair life product. Edit: customer service contacted me and corrected everything.

I drive to Akron to spend every weekend with my pregnant daughter and twice now she’s craved insomnia cookies and twice I’ve taken her to get them and your store is closed. We arrived well before your listed closing times on google only to be frustrated that you’re not open. I realize cookies late at night isn’t a big deal but when you’re pregnant, in pain and craving the product you sell it’s no bueno. We didn’t even see a note on the doors that you’re not open. Luckily she lives only a few mins drive from the location but it’s the principle that your customers are wasting fuel to spend money in your store only to find it closed. Please change your hours on google so people know you’re not open!

The sheer smell of this place when you walk in is enough to make you want something from there but what made it epic was that they were open extremely late in comparison to a lot of businesses in the local area and it's made fresh on-site they have a cooler case with milk and what goes better with cookies than milk but their services also great great staff very respectful and fast

My first experience of fresh hot cookies, not a big fan of sweet cookies. Never know it can be that good. Love what we’ve got, me especially the white chocolate macadamia. It has coconut chips in it. You can also tell they use higher quality chocolate in all chocolate flavors. Every bite from the beginning to the end, full of surprise in very cute elegant different sizes paper boxes. U can definitely use it as a gift box. Just can’t stop eating it. Highly recommended.
