Applebee's

Wow!!! This location rocks!!!! We absolutely loved everything... EVERYTHING!!! We first came to the waiting for a table area... The wait was a bit. Which was made up for the great greater. We sat done. 2 mins later ordered drinks. This e came fast! Then order appetizers and dinner. The nachos and mozzarella sticks came pretty quick and was delicious....we ate everything. The Chicken and Shrimp was my order and it came out hot and perfection!! Hubby got a burger... perfectly well done. Son got a quesadilla burger...very good too. Like I said I gave up on Applebee's earlier this month but THIS location changed my mind back. And this was an mostly GUY crew. Wonderful job... We will be back. Great eating and great service experience!! Excuses the photos.. it was so good we ate it first lol

We went in and couldn't even get anyone to greet or seat us. Just a few customers throughout the dining room and a couple at the bar. But only 1 wait staff could be seen and bartender who looked our way a couple times but never acknowledged our presence. It was very sad. We stood there about 10 minutes and walked out and went to Chili's. Great service and food there!

Any Applebees can be hit or miss at times, and add in the pandemic - we really try to be empathetic & understand there will be delays. This location is near by and when staff is available, they are friendly, prompt and if there are any problems they are addressed in a timely manner, both dine in & take out. We dined in last night, food was as expected. Unexpectedly, we witnessed a belligerent guest, verbally accosting a server - she handled them & their children hanging on the light fixtures with the utmost politeness.

Stopped in and waited 15 minutes to be acknowledged, then was told by hostess, she needed to wipe the table, get to table, still crumbs and sticky cup rings on table. SMH... Then I noticed how dirty and dusty everything else was, we didn't dare touch the little ipad on table. Kinda wished I took pictures, I'm sure that some kind of health code violation. That flared my asthma and had me coughing and sneezing. While we waited 15 minutes to order our drinks, played it safe and ordered a classic appetizer when we ordered our drinks, took 5 minutes to get our waters, in which 1 out of 2 cups still appeared dirty. And another 40 minutes for our cold appetizer, all while this place had very few customers and I basically had yell for the server for my check, after waiting 30 minutes for her to come break my money for her tip! Her loss, that waiting game took her $10 dollar tip to $1. I got tired of waiting and paid exact change and $1 dollar tip and walked out. Worse experience I've ever had at an Applebee's was this location and I won't be back.

Had 2 mtgs here in just 6 days while visiting from out of town. Great location, clean, and of course great food. An appetizer (wonton tacos) still took care of me like a meal. It's always been an easy location to choose when mtg with friends of our ministry and talk about future plans, our lives, and God's provision. Fits the theme of nostalgic local pictures on the walls.

It’s Applebee’s, so I’m not expecting a five-star experience, but boy was this bad. First, the restaurant was full of screaming children and the manager refused to move us to a quieter section to get away from the noise despite the place being practically empty. Then, that same manager spilled Italian dressing on my grandmother’s lap and walked away. It wasn’t until we asked to speak with him again that he offered any of of discount after being asked, and even then he was rather unapologetic. Our server was MIA the whole night and to top it off, the restaurant was so cold that we were literally shivering as we ate. Definitely won’t be back.
