The first time I ordered for delivery it was 15 minutes late, even though I ordered earlier that morning. But I decided to try again because I thought maybe they were busy. I ordered again today for delivery two hours before I wanted it, and it was 25 minutes late. When I called to ask about the status of my order, all they said was “it will be there as soon as possible” not an apology, not anything to make the customer happy. Very disappointing and unprofessional. The food I ended up getting was alright, but it would have been quicker for me to go somewhere else.

I ordered from here today and they left something off of my order. I definitely was not upset by any means but I did call to get reimbursed for that item. They reimbursed me for the entire check... Completely unnecessary but greatly appreciated. The food is delicious and the delivery was very quick. We will definitely be ordering from them again. Thanks Jimmy Johns!

Love Jimmy Johns food and pricing , just not this location. Seriously lacking in listening skills by screwing up 2 of the 3 sandwiches ordered, then being borderline rude when asked to please fix it. Sandwich maker seemed angry that we wanted them to make the order correct. Facial expressions, slamming food on the sandwich making area, etc. I don’t need that attitude. I’ll go back to my other Montrose shops.

-Fairlawn JJ's-I had to place an order for a Lg platter (catering) and cookies to be delivered as soon as possible for a business meeting. The person on the phone with me was very nice and when it came for asking about the time to be delivered the assistant manager i believe got on the phone and explained that they usually need more time because they can run out of bread. He went on to explain that they had another catering order that they had just prepared so they were low but had already started on making more bread so they should be able to use what they had left to make my order. I asked him how long then he thought it might be - He said he wasn't sure but under an hour. They had the food delivered to me in 30 mts!!!! Wonderful service, the food was delicious and it was much appreciated as we had a last minute order. Thank you for the great service and appreciate your honesty about possible wait time. You guys are great!
