Worst Taco Bell ever everything you get is either cold or old just setting there pre-made, the only thing they are thinking about is getting customers in and out that way there drivethru time doesn't look bad rather than good customer service and quality food SMH

It all depends on what time of the day and what day of the week you go. Sometimes everything is spot on from the customer service to the quality of the food. Other times the order is thrown together carelessly and the chalupas are as hard as a rock. There’s potential for it to be consistently good. Different manager, different team members I suppose.

This drive thur stays busy but they get you thur pretty fast; i love the late night drive lady she is funny. I order a sunrises freeze: and she said ooo were out of the sun we only have the rise. I loved it,

The manager was just extremely rude and needs to be retrained in customer service! I have an issue that could have been easily resolved but instead this location chose to be very unprofessional forcing me to have to go to corporate which is something I never do but what I experienced is unacceptable from any establishment

The inside has a bad smell, walking was hazardous due to very slippery floor. It felt as if oil was on it. A sweater or jacket would be a good idea. It was very cold inside

I love how this taco bell serves rock hard unedible chalupa shells that could break a tooth, they also serve doritos tacos fully smashed inside the cardboard, and NEVER give napkins or forks with fiesta potatoes.

I did not receive a receipt after paying for our dine-in food so I'm not sure how to tell them our order number. I'll need the order number when I call to tell them they forgot two items of which I did pay for. Even after the employee had made half of my order, they still honored the change of order and made my food without lettuce. They were so polite and friendly.
The good cancels out the bad and I would still recommend this place and their employees. Would have been 5/5 stars had it not been for the receipt issue.

They customer service sucks. They talk to people horribly. Food had mouse droppings in it. When I called to speak to a general manager or district manager I was hung up on. When I called black the lady that answered claimed to be the GM was even worst than the first lady that hung up on me. Than had the nerve to give a fake 1800 number and hang up, than clearly took the phone off the hook. Not from the area so I couldn't take it back to them even if I was able to. Place needs shut down seeing how they are serving rat droppings and not actual tacos.
