I had my room mate pick up an order for me. The lady working the first windows drive through asked him if he could get the car at the windows attention for her. He said ‘how much are you paying me’ jokingly and she aggressively told him to get out. I don’t find him funny either, but that’s not how you conduct yourself to guests in a professional setting, even if they are unfunny. Also the fries I received were actually bathed in salt and inedible. I could actually feel my cholesterol raise upon opening the bag. I’ve tried to call the store multiple times in order to get a refund for the fries and no one has answered. I know that it’s McDonald’s and low prices correlate to low service, but I assumed there would be the bare minimum amount of professionalism.

Everyone is super nice here except the young looks like a teen girl with long blonde hair. She should NOT be working the window. She is very rude and disrespectful. Also always go through the drive thru. I waited 15 min on a sweet tea and 2 sandwiches inside.

I forgot my wallet at home and GooglePay was not working on my phone! The store manager Shontae was kind, generous and patient with me during this situation and offered to comp my meal! I will definitely be back for breakfast in the future...and will bring my wallet next time!

I got coffee Thursday afternoon… the person who was working the window handed me my coffee and said it was fresh.. they had just brewed it. She was so sweet.. great customer service..the coffee was so fresh and good!!! Don’t sleep on McDonalds coffee☕️😋

Tried to get breakfast here on my way to work several times. They never seem to have common items ready (like hasbrowns), so I've ended up waiting for at least 5 minutes before giving up and heading to work without breakfast or coffee. Wouldn't recommend giving these clowns any of your money.

Yesterday and today, I received sour creamer for my coffee. I called the store yesterday and alerted the manager to the problem. It's bad enough I wasted money on one coffee and two trips to the Merriman location, I wonder what else is sold that has expired.

To be honest, I know it’s McDonald’s, but the food they give out there isn’t very good. Given they do make some good fries, sometimes. The sweet tea consistently tastes how vomit smells so I wouldn’t get that.
