Arthur Treacher's Fish & Chips

Absolutely love this place!!!! usually go to Long John silver's however they have been saturating their food in Grease recently so this is my new go-to place! I had no clue this place existed until my grandmother showed me 😃 their prices are a little steep, but the taste of the food- and the quality of it- are well worth it. Literally the only thing they could improve here is if they dropped their prices a little. my grandmother is in a wheelchair and was unable to go into the store because her legs are sore at that point after all day shopping, so I went in to ask for a menu. unfortunately they do not have many of us, however, the employee was very friendly and allowed me to take pictures on my smartphone so that my grandmother could see what she wanted to get 😍😍 truly appreciative!! Stop on by and give these people some business, they'll thank you and so will your stomach & taste buds

So I bought the fish and more like I always do but the previous time I ordered and paid for extra puppies got home no extra puppies I call they took down my name said they would give them on a return visit.Guess what people still no extra puppies 😤she saw where I called about my order but because I didn't have my receipt I didn't receive what already was due to me. Long story short the counter clerk was rude and I WILL NOT be spending my money there any further....

I used to love the chicken even though it was $14.99 for 9 pieces. In the last month or so they changed how they make it and raised the price to $15.99 even though it isn't even half as good as it was before. UPDATE: 2 weeks after the review above. I though I'd give them another try. Maybe they just had a bad day. Nope. The chicken is still blah, the mozzarella sticks weren't even melted, and they were talking the whole time and forgot my sauces. Dropping from 3 star to 2 star.

This place has terrible service, and needs work in order to survive. The food is terribly expensive to start, which is why it's only in business in the first place, because the profit margins are insane. The portions are small, and have gotten smaller over the years from when it used to be Arthur Treacher's. Hell, even the breading has diminished. The food, while it may be cooked mostly fresh, in the past few visits - is often cold. They never bother to close the bags properly, and will often let food sit out with being warmed, while other food is still cooking. You have to ask for condiments, as if they're gold nuggets they're hiding behind the counter. When you do, the employees actually physically sigh in front of you - as if you're taking away from their profit sharing plan, of which there is none. Even then, you'll get told that there are condiments, and after getting home - find out that there are none. This has happened twice, after $50.00 orders. Never again. Catholics, stop going here - let this place burn to the ground like it deserves to.

Our food came out fast... too fast! It had been sitting and waiting under heat lamps before we arrived for who knows how long. The fries were lukewarm and tasted old. The coleslaw seemed either spoiled or flavored with a can of lead paint. I swear to god, I’ve never tasted anything like that nasty slaw! Thankfully the fish fillets tasted fine and mostly the same as the former Arthur Treature entrees. The hush puppies were great too. Unfortunately the disappointing mix of good food and gross food doesn’t make me want to return. I’ll drive out to the State Rd Arthur Treatures in Cuyahoga Falls the next time I’m in the mood for fast fish.
