This place was rough even for a McDonald's. The drive thru was littered with trash and one of the drive thru lanes was closed. As u pulled up to the window I ran over a can and it made a loud crunch! I paid for extra pickles and got no pickles! I paid for a 10pc and got 9. I waited for fresh fries and they weren't done all the way. Thanks.

I Doordashed here and it was by far the least competent restaurant I've had the displeasure of working with. They had me pull forward to wait for my Dash order, where I waited about 10 mins. I finally went inside and they didn't know what order I was talking about. They put it in the computer from scratch. And wouldn't you know it, it turns out the order still has several items missing after all that. This is beyond unprofessional, it's downright embarrassing.

A little longer on the wait then the sites in Canton but staff was still very friendly and kind so I am happy to come back when my job has me close.

It is hit and miss for the service. Just depends on who is working I guess. Can be ghetto or trashy or pleasant. Flip a coin to get your service with a smile or a why do I live?!

Make sure to go to the Copley Road McD and get B. Harrision to wait on you. This young lady should be doing the front counter training... polite, courteous, quick and knowledgeable about the product.

They must have driven out the good employees because the line during late night is horrible and barely moves. They obviously cant keep up and the food was sub par. Not accepting cash either. Thumbs down. Both lanes should be open and they only ever have one lane after a certain time.

Normally this McDonald's is on point but this was by far my worst experiences at McDonald's my mcnugget and both cheeseburger were dry and burnt tasting
