Rally's

I just left and the food was really fresh and hot and the night Manager “Tami” was working the window and was really nice to us I went to the other Rally’s not too far from there last week and it was horrible so I thought it was worth mentioning that this location was great even the fries were perfect! Will be back soon!

Complete trash! Corporate please close this location ASAP. Attempted to visit today 3/26 and was told unless I have exact change or don't care about receiving what I'm owed, do not order. Apparently this place is SO poorly "managed" that they had no change on hand. The credit card machine was supposedly down as well. Have gotten wrong orders from here before after waiting an eternity to get them. This was the last straw. Will never return. Rallys save your time and do not attempt to respond saying to contact. All relevant details are already in this review. I'm not wasting anymore of my time frequenting your establishment. I'll tell anyone who'll listen to avoid your horrible chain.

Given this place too many chances! Last time I couldnt order bc their sale system was down for hours but yet open. Tonight waited and line for over 10 mins for no reason. 2 cars in front of me. Then finally employee comes to "take my order" but was told they were doing a shift change at 910pm?? And I would have to wait another 10 minutes to put it my order. What a joke of a business! Never again.

Paid 24.00 for food that was awful and most of it forgotten. I had to go back around for the fries AFTER I asked her if the fries were in the bag. Just to then realize my fries and drink for the 8.00 chicken tender combo i paid for were also missing. The chicken was overdone in some spots and nearly raw in others. Never again.

There are shenanigans going on at this location. Please, Rally's Corporate, reply with a way to contact the company or franchise owner. I tried to use the drive-through yesterday afternoon. As I pulled up, I was the third car in line. Strangely, the car in front left the menu board, and didn't stop at the window. Same with the next car in front of me. No wonder - I was 'greeted' with the statement "Can't serve you right now, I'm in the middle of a shift change". So I went about my business, and stopped back 45 mins. later. I was told the same thing again! I responded, "you told me that 45 minutes ago! This doesn't make any sense." What in the blue blazes is going on at this location? In no world does a 'shift change' mean you can't serve customers. In the rest of the world, in ANY business, we've all seen a swap-out of cashiers. The drawer of the departing employee is removed, the new cash drawer is inserted, and life goes on. WHY NOT AT THIS RALLY'S?? Response to the response: I absolutely will - but I was hoping that for the public's sake you would respond with a true actionable response such as "we've contacted the franchise owner and they are terribly embarrassed and will see that it doesn't happen again" or if it's Corporate-owned, something like "this is in NO WAY acceptable, and we will be sending a team to the location to run it and show the employees on staff how a Rally's is expected to operate". Mine is not the only review reporting the same circumstances. Either improve the store to the brand's expectations or close it.
