Since it’s under new management I love coming here now, they don’t pull you over to the side anymore for no reason. The night shift worker (manager) is just so nice and friendly. I told him the other day how happy I was from his service i Forgot to make the review but I enjoy coming here again.

Went to the BK on S. Arlington Rd. in Green on 5/1/22 @ 1pm. It was the dirtiest restaurant I have ever been in. The front cash person had a festering sore on his hand covered with clear glove. His uniform was so dirty I could not believe it. As I waited I saw too much filth to eat there and asked for my money back. One employee was bad mouthing a customer whose order she got wrong. No leadership at all. The drive thru line was wrapped around the store. If you own the store you out there and check it out.Terrible!

We go through the drive through, usually at lunch time. Sometimes they are ok, sometimes not. Not the best customer service but we get their coupons in the mail so we go there because of that

Was the Best Burger King in the area! Previously They never got anything wrong or short! But I notice they have new people working the drive through tonight. Yup this is the first time my order was wrong! I used to go here because the previous crew was awesome!!!

Food was made fresh at the drive through and was served in a timely manner. Unfortunately we did not receive all we ordered. Therefore we went inside to inform them and they remade our entire order. The gentleman were very nice and apologetic for the mistake. I really appreciated the concern and professionalism they displayed whilst dealing with the hiccup. The store was very clean inside. This is a brand new building. There is no longer a play area for the kids and this will be missed. Considering how Covid has impacted the entire world the removal was a necessity. I recommend to visit this establishment. The employees are on top of things happening in the store. Keep up the excellent work.

The women at the drive thru literally give the best customer service I've ever had at a fast food restaurant

I literally just went there spend $30 on food for them to not give me items I paid for on top of waiting outside for about 20 minutes or so then I try to call and Noone answers. I've called multiple times
