Taco Bell

Thus location got my order wrong. I called to let them know what was wrong with it and was told I have to be up there with the receipt within 24 hours or they won't fix it. The soft taco Supreme had no sour cream I ordered 2 of them. Then my son wanted some cheddar seasoned beef chalupa did not get that instead received another soft taco. Literally just got home and not up to leaving so thanks for messing up my order!

I’m only giving 4 stars because I know the workers there tonight put in there heart and soul to make sure that restaurant was running for St. Paddy’s day after math. The location didn’t have a lot of food left at 1am but they sure did have a staff that was trying their best to make sure the line was getting the food they had left out. Appreciating the underpaid and over worked Taco Bell employees. We need you <3

Got sent away from e exchange taco bell 2 hours before they were supposed to close because they said they were closing. That particular night, this taco bell was understaffed and was only taking door dash orders. After I told them my situation with the previous taco bell, a young man whose name I unfortunately do not recall (the manager) took my order through the drive thru and everything was wonderful. Thats some above and beyond service, thanks guys.

So this rating is for corporate TB as well as this branch. Its dumb that you can only order certain menu items online. That being said thats the only thing i like from TB anymore. We abided, went through the stuff for the online order and it wouldnt let us check out. We pull up to the box to say hey we cant get the online stuff to work to see what options we have to resolve the issue and they said "were understaffed tonight, were only taking online orders". I explained that we tried and and it wouldnt let us checkout after completing our order. He stated there was nothing he could do. Gas is 490+ a gallon, and i drove all the way here for their system not to work and the workers to refuse my order at the drive through.

I had friends over for lunch we got Taco Bell from the one on East Market and they forgot the pop and a sauce that to be paid for. This is not the only time they've messed up. About a month ago I got the party pack and I wanted them all supreme and three of them without lettuce and I got them all regular tacos and all with lettuce

Is it just me or is there something SERIOUSLY WRONG with the hard shells. My daughter will ONLY eat the hard shell tacos. I normally get the Gordita Crunch. The hard shell tacos taste like poison. The WHOLE flavor has changed and not for the better. My daughter will no longer eat taco bell now. What did you guys do to the hard shells dip them all in old oil??
