Hardee's

None of the prices are right on the menu. Everything rang up more than marked on the menu. We got two of the $5 meals and they rang up $5.29, got the number 8 Frisco meal, menu said $8.29, it rang up $11.77. We was never told that the prices on the menu was wrong until we was told our total and asked why so much. We then was told that they had no control over the menu board that only Corporate could fix that. Well I've gotten no response from them.

It’s hit or miss really….maybe depending on what time of the year you go there, maybe when the staff changes, maybe when the season changes, who knows, lol, I’m honestly not sure what goes on there, but I’ve been mad a lot of times because going there was a waste of time, but I’ve also had good food & service on other occasions. I’m sure this review is super helpful. 🤪

It was 8:53pm when I pulled up to this establishment, which is supposed to be open until 11pm. The inside lights and kitchen were on until I pulled around to the drive thru. I waited for 5 minutes and as I was leaving, I noticed the lights were completely off. There were two cars outside, assuming there actually were workers inside. Not to mention I was the only costumer in the drive thru. I thought it was weird, but it makes sense. I will not be coming back.

After an underwhelming experience at the Vestavia Hills location, I decided to redeem my survey code at the Alabaster location. The results from this visit were similar, but worse. At 11:47am, I ordered Big Hot Ham and Cheese combo w/BOGO sandwich from a survey code. I showed them pics of a scrawny sandwich from the Vestavia location. They said it would not be that small, but would not look like the picture on the marquee. Received food and checked sandwiches. One was a little light on meat, but the other looked very scrawny. It was remade better, but still not a "big" sandwich I asked for fries because mine was cold. While waiting on the fries, I watched the lady bag fries for the drive thru and other customers. Another lady walked up to the counter entrance and she gave her a long hug while holding a bag of someone else's food near their heads. She also checked her phone. Did not wash or sanitize her hands. I asked about my fries and she just shrugged her shoulders. I went up to the counter and another lady asked if she could help me. I asked for the manager. The other lady pointed at someone in the back preparing food. The lady from the front counter then responded to her saying she stole her fries. A couple of minutes later, she scooped fries and handed me the bag. No apology for the delay. I left. 28 minutes for a carry-out order. I drove out of my way to visit this location. As with my other review, I am posting a picture of the sandwich I received and what was advertised on the menu and web site. This sandwich barely had 1/4" of meat, but the BOGO second sandwich had about twice as much and looked closer to the stock photo. I realize the food they prepare locally will not look as pristine as the stock photo, but if a restaurant advertises a sandwich with "BIG" in the name, the least they could do is ensure it looks big when the box is opened.
