Waited and waited at the menu board and no one took my order but the cars that pulled up after me at the first menu board put their orders in and drove around. So I pulled in behind them. When I got to the first window the guy never opened the window and played on his phone the entire time I sat there. Pulled up to the second window. Told the guy what had happened. He told me I needed to pull around again and place my order. Rudest set of employees I’ve ever experienced.

Exceptional place to get food when in a rush. The service is quick, pricing is affordable, awesome character. Will visit here again

Went for a quick lunch and my mind told me not to go. The people that worked there were actually nice today. Took a bite out of my cheeseburger and then noticed something laying inside my wrapper. It looked like a brown bug's leg, the short part broke off when I picked it up. Absolutely disgusted. I even heard the people in the kitchen saying "what is that?" when I took it back. Zero stars.

Drive thru... rude. Food.... fries, lukewarm; fish sandwich looked like it had been made a while, very little tartar. And my diet coke, I am pretty sure was not diet. I never have a good experience at this place!!

I ordered good cooked to order and it was not that it was cold and nasty. I figured since it was a different location futher from home that the service would be better ha!!! It was worse!!! McDonald's has gone to the birds

Traveling and stopped here for the kids. Rating is a 81 but the workers where nice and quick. Overall the restaurant needed attention. Tables dirty with crumbs, napkins and trays and cups. The bathrooms.... Let's just say they need a good cleaning also.

We were traveling and my grandson needed to use restroom before we ordered our food. The lady had the door look and refused to let us use the restroom. She left the building about 5 minutes later carrying Valentine Day Balloons. We questioned her a second time and she said no one is allowed in our building but staff.

Multiple times I have experienced rude customer service from this location. The carmel frappe is never available and they have you pay before advising you of the inventory.They come across as though you have now inconvenienced them 😳
