Starbucks

Hands down the best Starbucks in the capital region. My mobile orders are always on time. They are always made correctly and the staff is beyond curious. I've been going there a couple times a week for the last year and I am greeted on a first name basis when entering the door. I go out of my way to go to this particular Starbucks because I have never once been disappointed. I think a few other Starbucks in the area could learn a thing or 2 from this one.

I frequent at most Starbucks and I do know the quality from place to does chance from the service to the items but generally the coffee is the same tasting whichever location you go. Except this location. There is no sense of consistency here, more than 50% of the time I still have to add milk or a syrup to make the drink they’ve made for me when I make it home. I’ve received 1/4 cup of foam on five separate occasions. I get it, foam is a thing but if I’m paying 5+ dollars for a drink. That’s exactly what I want. A drink, not bubbles. Then when you order on the app it says clearly how many pumps of each item but when you’re there and witness how they make it. Talk about a joke. If I didn’t have to wait 10-15 minutes after I’ve already placed my order ahead of time so that it’s ready by the time I’ve arrived this store would’ve received a higher rating. But until then. Expect to have your coffee not made correctly and to wait an exuberant amount of time for said sub-par coffee.

I have traveled to many Starbucks in many different lands and this has been the most Pleasant Starbucks experience yet! Henry Laurie and Jillian we're the best welcoming team I have encountered throughout my Starbucks addiction! They made me feel like I was in their own kitchen and they had an abundant stock of the reusable cups in a variety of colors as well as a perfectly made pumpkin cream cold brew. As good as this beverages, it's always better served with excellent customer service. Keep up the great work!

Possibly the worst Starbucks in the Capital Region. The staff is rude and dismissive, and the drinks are constantly made incorrectly. When asked if it could be re-make they make it wrong a second time. There is unfortunately not another Starbucks that is close unless you go into the Loudonville Price Chopper.
