Dunkin'

I come to this store frequently because it’s right down the road from my house. The drinks are less then average when made, food orders aren’t completed corrected. And this last time I was here one worker at the counter had gloves on, kept touching her face and then used the same gloves to grab donuts for customers. The energy vibe in the store you can just tell the workers don’t like their job. Hopefully this review can help, so many people come to this location.

I am shorted at least 5 donut holes when I order 50 every single time I go. Today I was shorted 10. I went back in and the guy behind the desk told me they'd run out. I asked why they didn't tell me, charged me for 50 then gave me 40 without telling me. He said the person counted wrong and when I ordered it they had them and now they don't. He said accidents happen and rolled his eyes at me, as if I'm the problem. He told me I could get donuts and never looked in my direction just stood there acting like he's too good for this. I am so done with this location. I only go at all because my kids like the munchkins but it's not worth the aggravation.

First time I’ve ever felt the need to write a negative review but WOW do these employees hate their job. Ordered something online and waited 10 minutes to talk to an employee just to be told that They were unable to make espresso. She seemed annoyed that I didn’t know that. As if the happenings of the Dunkin on Albany shaker rd is local news. Did not offer to refund either. And other times when the order is right, If I say ‘thank you’ when picking up my coffee, no one acknowledges me. What a weird move to make paying customers feel unwelcome when you work in customer service !

I worked at this Dunkin for about 6 months straight. My experience was awful. If you’re looking for a job or know someone who is or would like to apply for this Dunkin, do not work here. They don’t treat you like people. Minors work overtime for six to seven days straight, pay rates are messed with, you can’t ask for time off because it will be rejected. During school hours, I was working after my mother asked to take me off morning shifts during school hours. I was 16. Workplace issues were not handled professionally and I was told to ignore threats and harassment. I was told to work with ovens and such when anyone under the age of 18 is not supposed to. I was not allowed to leave during closing shifts until everything was done and I did not get paid for working overtime. The managers and district managers were calling employees “retarded” , “idiotic”, “bitches” and just stuff that at least should not be said to employees. My tips were stolen almost everyday and $150 was stolen OUT OF MY BAG. They will hire anyone on the spot, no one is fully or completely trained but then they complain when orders are messed up. After I had walked out, they tried to bribe me to come back.

Deserves 0 stars!!!!!!! Ordered a bacon, avocado, on toast thru the drive thru. Drove off and the open bag and there was no bacon. Went back and went inside notified the man behind the counter that the bacon was missing. He took the toast and handed to a young girl who stated that it was added. I left and open the container and The picture is what she added. Once again, went back inside show the man behind counter and he appeared to be irritated and stated I needed to be patient. I said what does patience has to with getting an order wrong 3x and me having to come back in the store with out an apology. After I pushed the issue of him being unprofessional and rude. He then said don’t come back. Warning: Horrible place, Rude, inappropriate and disrespectful!! Avoid this place!!! Look a the picture! And the coffee wrong and cold!!!!

I placed the same order today that I do everyday ( only 1 car ahead of me ) when I got to the window the large man went to hand me to beverages when I told him that was not my order he got annoyed with me and said well what did you order his time was rude and clearly he was put out. I know help is hard to get but since I’m the paying customer and I did not make the error I did not deserve a rude attitude !
