This place has a really nice staff, and I feel like the manager is super nice. They honestly do seem like they are doing their best, and I have never had anyone treat me poorly. But I feel like they are severally understaffed, so I always have issues with more order being off.
Most recently, I came in back to back days asking for less ice in my drink, which they even printed on the order ticket. And for both days, I get a cup that is 75% ice. And that's the super simple issue. It's been multiple times I've asked for and paid for a large, and only received a medium.
Another major issue is that the food comes out on one side, but then drinks come out by the register. So the walkway is full of people spread out waiting, and you somehow have to hear your order being called on either side. It doesn't initially seem that bad, but it's gets worse when you have to ask where your order is since they can get heavily backed up.

I have had other customers served before me just because I'm in a wheelchair. That's unacceptable, and it has happened twice in this location. I just left this time because I can't support a business that discriminates against people with disabilities.

Super slow service even when its not crowded. Order pickup line makes no sense, people just standing around blocking the walkway. Server shouts out drink orders not receipt number so people grab the wrong drink frequently.
There's a smaller more public DnD a block over and they put this place to shame! That place hustles!

Manager, has a very bad attitude. Employees, are always rushing to make your food or drinks. Which, leaves the food tasting over cooked or under cooked. Drinks are either too Sweet or not sweet enough. Also, they have bad customer service skills 🙄😒!! Learn how to speak to your customers, and leave a smiles on their faces!

Dunkin has the caffeine monopoly locked down in the New York State Capitol and their staff does a good job keeping their state-employee customer base satisfied. I've never met friendlier Dunkin employees and they manage to keep the line moving fast most of the time.
... now if only Dunkin Donuts could get rid of those Styrofoam cups ...

Staff works hard but they need twice the staff to keep up. You can't get your coffee in less than 10 or 15 minutes
