Raw Juice & Smoothie Bar

I was lucky to be in the neighborhood when they were open. They close everyday at 2pm so it's hard for me to get there. I got the "wake me up" juice with carrots, pineapples, lime and ginger. It was so refreshing! The staff were nice. It seems like a good environment to grab a coffee/juice/smoothie and hang out in the mornings with friends or get work done.

I was hungry for a bec or sec and decided that I would stop in and check out what this place was about. I asked a young woman behind the cash register what was going to be closest to a meal replacement. She recommended a PBJ smoothie. This was fire. Mad good. I'm hungry for one now. They have a massive menu! This place is clean, the people are welcoming and friendly and the product was fresh. I would highly recommend Raw and I'm looking forward to going back again.

Me and my husband were in Albany during our usual summer visit, and I stumbled upon this place. I’m wanting to make changes in my diet and more dairy free foods, since it upsets my stomach. Raw Juice has delicious juices and smoothies. I almost feel like I’m not even eating healthy. 😂 The staff is very knowledgeable and have given me a lot of helpful information about eating vegan, but trust me, even carnivores can appreciate their delectable menu. Everything they have is vegan and gluten free, so I always feel good about whatever I get. I can’t wait to come back next summer and try their coffees. 🥰 I promise you won’t be disappointed with the good or the service. It’s definitely worth stopping in! 😃👍

Though the wait is usually long after ordering, the smoothie bowls are delicious and made with fresh, local ingredients. My reasoning for giving 4 stars is that though the same ingredients are used for my favorite bowl each time I go in, the quantity of those ingredients varies from day to day. I've walked out one day with a full bowl and the next it might be 2 thirds full. One other reason for the less than 5 star rating is you're always served your order in a plastic container, which is fine for take out, but while eating in, it would be nice to use a reusable bowl and if this is not a option at least provide a recycling container. The garbage was full of a mixture of trash and recyclables.
