I know it’s 10 degrees out, but I don’t expect my bagel to be 10 degrees too? What kind of poor quality and lack of care is this? I know you make more than you deserve. Here is my toasted bagel with butter!

Ordered a iced coffee and stuffed croissant. Lady at window didn’t know how to make croissant apparently so she had me sit in the drivethru while he coworker who was busy at the counter could make it. Since she was busy it was left in the oven and I sat at the window for nearly 10 mins. This is what I was served

While I enjoy the early morning crew, I have to take off a couple stars for the mid morning/lunch crew. I order pretty much the same thing every time, and the quality (of both the order and the service) is a LOT different.

The best location around! Love dunkin and this location is always my go to. They never fail to make my order fast and right. The store is also very clean and the staff work hard to get things done. I really love the staff here so give yourself a pat on the back guys!

Great place. Great service. When I got there they did not have any green iced tea. But the customer service representative made some fresh green iced tea and because I had to wait he did not charge me. His name was Grant. He always treats me very well. Also there is Kim that always goes over and beyond and providing me with excellent service. They have one my continual business. We are there on an average once a day.

The food and the coffee were good but the service wasn't great. The guy at the counter didn't even smile. He seemed almost put out by us coming in to order.
