My husband and I have been to a few different spas around town, but always end up back at Complexions. Everyone is always friendly and helpful, the common areas are clean and well attended. There are many talented massage therapists at the facility and the spa has found a true gem and an asset to their staff in Sarah H. - I request her every time I visit. She's professional, knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to listen to my concerns to focus her efforts on those areas during my appointment. Complexions is a great spa. I started going to Complexions earlier this year after my friend gave me a gift card. The staff are always friendly. Meredith is my favorite massage therapist. She always customizes the massage to meet my needs. I would also like to shout out Vicky, who went above and beyond a few days ago when I called to book a surprise massage for my friend’s birthday. Vicky was patient and kind with me and was able to book a massage just two days in advance! She even took care to remove my friend’s email address so that she wouldn’t receive a confirmation email. I really appreciate Vicky’s attentiveness and going the extra mile to make my friend’s birthday extra special.

I’ve been going to Complexions since 2015 and I love it! Everyone is so pleasant and professional. The services are affordable for top quality spa treatments. The place is always clean, smells amazing, and the atmosphere is so relaxing. You can stay all day and lose track of time. 7 years strong! 15/10!

Spa was clean and quiet. My massage was amazing! I will definitely be going back. I am new to the area but the location of this place is super convenient. The men’s locker room is on the smaller side, but the steam room and shower were really nice. There is only one shower so I would suggest booking on weekday to avoid any crowds.

I loved my facial by Sonia. As a nurse , I trust her completely for sterile and clean protocol. I’ve had facials around the world and she does a great job. Very professional. She knows her product and adjusts to your specific needs. She explains what’s she’s doing at all times and goes the extra mile to make you feel pampered. She’s not a lot of fluff. She concentrates on what you want and exceeds that. Fantastic! My only complaint is the place itself. The staff were nice but the facility looks like it could use an upgrade. I felt like I was in a gym locker room not a spa and it smelled that way. The attendant didn’t change the “blanket” on the lounge chairs after it was used or wipe it down. There were weeds growing in the tree pots in the quiet area and it was way too bright and not relaxing. I just expected more. I also thought there would be a hot tub. 🤷‍♀️ I would definitely go back for a facial with Sonia but won’t miss the “spa”. They charge a bit for the whole experience but I would like to leave feeling like I had a spa day. I didn’t.

My most recent experience is what made me want to leave a review. I booked a massage, well I thought I did. 😌 I drove out there to find out I never confirmed it. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and asked the masseuse if they could still take me. The masseuse agreed and I was able to have my massage. It worked out for me. And I totally appreciated it.

Selected this venue based on recommendations at a local bridal show. I’ll start out with the positive that most of the girls in the bridal party had a decent hair and nails but all came away with feeling like they over paid for services. However, as the bride I would’ve expected to have known and been treated as such. I hated my hair and it was uncomfortable. I wanted a basic bun. Low maintenance. I ended up with a tight back military style bun lol. The stylist seemed upset that I requested it be changed. Overall It just felt like we were cash cows. Wish I spent my money elsewhere. I had limited assistance from the rep. I had to organize between 10 brides maids both hair and nail appointments based on their employees availability. Being in the hospitality industry myself for over a decade I have never experienced this.

I love Complexions, from the second you walk through the door to the moment you leave, you're treated with respect and kindness, which is hard to come by nowadays. My guy Chris, is just absolutely AMAZING, his work just speaks for itself. Not to mention he's kind, sweet, listens to what you actually want vs a hair stylist who does whatever they please, while being honest about the integrity of your hair. He's earned my loyalty and Complexions truly has a valuable employee here...he's amazing!
