Quick courteous service😊. Very good housekeeping including the exterior🧐. I noticed everyone in near proximity to customers were wearing a mask😷……… upon future review my first visit I purchased cob salad which was amazingly delicious. I noticed on my receipt a survey , upon completion of survey received code for free Big Zac snack . I was thrilled couldn’t to return. Well I returned for snack . I was heart broken 😞 too much set the fries the chicken the bread tasted salty. If I visit again it’s for salads only 😊…….. my original post was 4 stars as you can see that changed 😳

We did the drivethru as it was busy and dining room full. Our order was spicy chicken sandwich with fries and fried chicken salad w 2 lemonade. Chicken on sandwich wasn't spicy but was a huge thick portion of chicken so it was overlooked,.. my salad was supposed to have fried chicken but was given grilled (ya' know think i like the grilled better!!) Our lemonades were awesome.. so good, i could have drank a whole gallon myself- Definitely enjoyed lunch even w minor adjustments! Will be back soon-

Went to Zaxbys the other week and it is usually a great experience. I love the Zalad, and have been eating it for several years, but on this occasion I was highly disappointed with it because for the first time ever it was made with iceburg lettuce. I asked the individual behind the counter if she thought it was romaine lettuce, and she said yes.
