Buffalo Wild Wings

Just not good at all. It's pretty much just seat yourself and hope you get service. Ordered cheese curds just to be told they were out and the same thing with the onion rings. Ended up ordering chips and guacamole which I wish I didn't. Absolutely no flavor at all with cheap store bought generic chips. 2 stars because the beer was cold.

When we got there the dining room was fairly empty. We watched groups leave and patiently waited on a table. Waited an hour for a group of 7. Hostess acted as though she didn't want to serve us and had a slight attitude problem. I don't know what she was telling the other guests that were coming in, but I watched at least 20-30 people come through the door and leave immediately. Waitress was awesome and very friendly! Our table did not have to ask for anything twice! Food was good!

I have never been so angry in my life. After being seated, my family and I waited 20 min for a waiter to take our drink order. No one showed up. We tracked down an employee who finally got in contact with our waitress. Once our food arrived the waiter was never seen again. No drink refills, no silverware, nothing.. I had to get plastic forks and knives from the to go counter so we could eat our food. I also had to get our to go boxes from that counter. We waited another 20 min to get our check. We advised the manager of the situation and received a bland apology and our drinks were removed from the check as compensation. I will never go to this establishment again and I will tell everyone I know how terrible the service is. Please do not put yourself through the same misery my family had to endure.

No service on a slow Sunday about 7pm. Waited at the doorway too long to be seated (a party of 3) to be told sit anywhere you like. We took a seat on the bar side. No one ever came with a menu or to take our drink order. We waited over 15 mins, when a server came and clear dishes from the table behind us, we got up and left without anyone saying anything to us. It was not busy at all. Not the first time this has happened here. Went to Mi Casa food and service was awesome!!!
