Red Lobster

Let me start with my waitress Aiyanna was great !!! There was no host at the front for about 4 minutes and when he did show up (no it was not packed and he said my fault i didn't see you come in) I wasn't greeted. I sat at the bar and had the pleasure of Aiyanna as my waitress (like I stated earlier) who was very attentive and professional. The food came out quickly and for the most part spot on. The Cajun chicken pasta (which was recommended by my waitress) was extremely good. The cheddar Bay biscuits were fresh out the oven and perfect. My complaint would be whomever cut the lettuce for the salad literally gave my almost the whole end/root of it. I would go back if I was in the area.

Went to eat at Red Lobster on Saturday the 5th of March 2022. Party of 7, restaurant not busy late afternoon plenty of staff including wait staff which is the first time in a long time that I have seen that many workers! We order our drinks I ordered Chardonnay, a glass, everyone gets there drinks except me and about 20 minutes later she tells me that they have no Chardonnay. I order water…. Then we order several appetizers including calamari and she comes back to let us know no calamari… we ordered 5 appetizers. Then we order our meal 30 minutes later and she comes right back and tells us the have no popcorn shrimp for one of the kids! Whew. Really a mis-management in this restaurant. I felt sorry for the waitress having to tell us all the things they were out of! But she did it with a smile and a I’m sorry. The manager of this restaurant needs to be retrained or trained at all in all things that is there responsibility, A SATURDAY no food no wine with a liquor store right across the street! Petty cash and a runner would have taken care of that problem. We spent over $250.00 for all of us. I don’t get to go out to eat much and just wanted a glass of wine and good food and the company of some friends. Worst restaurant food cleanliness and the waitress was wonderful! Won’t be back!

Walked into the restaurant at 8:15pm with my girlfriend. Someone outside said someone will be with us shortly. As we stood at the empty Host stand a lady, assuming the shift manager rudely said, "can I help you?!" I said "yes, just waiting to be seated." She responded "25 minutes!" Ummm, for what? I saw 5-6 servers and there were MAYBE 4-5 tables with people. The place was dead. She was rude and just left us up there and walked away spinning her keys in her hand. If you want seafood go to AJ's across the street. They sat us ASAP And they were a full house. No wonder Red Lobster was completely dead. Service is a zero star and management is rude and clearly on a power trip mode.

One Sunday my wife and I went there and there was a line, we waited in the lobby area and more people came later. After standing there for over 15 or 20 minutes someone finally came to the counter and said let me go get someone cause I don't work up here. Then the next person states that is would be an additional 20 minutes before they begun the seat anyone, and she said it with an attitude like we owed her something! Sorry, I think yall have lost me as a loyal customer after all of these years.

Horrible service . They waiter acted like he didn't care . Waited over an our for our appetizers. Got our food. Half of one order was wrong . Wife was giving the wrong drink . Could get it fixed cause our waiter Dj never checked on us . Absolutely ridiculous. I could understand poor service if the place was packed but their was maybe 8 people seated in the area we were in .

Very unprofessional workers in the kitchen. We sent our plates back because the salmon was way overcooked and rubbery and you could hear a woman in the kitchen say "How does she know what rubber taste like". I asked my waitress for my ticket and we left immediately. We try to support out local businesses, but this is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL
