Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

I ordered online (curbside pickup). There was less than a minute wait, they came out with my order as I was parking (perfecto!). It’s always nice to get speedy service, thanks. The food was absolutely delicious! This is definitely my type of eating 😩 so yummy… I was impressed with the flavors on each item in my plate. It’s hard to describe, let’s just say the food was cooked beyond excellent. I have no complaints. Well, there is a smaller portion of rice serviced with the stark meal and as my relative explained, the rice is a side item and should not over power the main item (steak). It was delicious-I’m used to eating a little more rice but, this went well with the entire meal-it was great! The steak was seasoned to perfection, deliciously flavored and not over or under seasoned, it was 😊. I can’t wait to visit this establishment again, I’m locked in for life 🤞❤️. In other words, u have a new life long customer 🤗. Also, I like the fact that I was able to load my potato (toppings were placed on the side). The broccoli was seasoned well too. The buttery croissant 🥐bread-that I’ve been hearing about-it was delicious! The kids also enjoyed the chicken tenders and fries. The chicken tenders were also perfectly seasoned. This was a great meal, ☺️ thanks!

Nice fish tank. No wait time at all. Food was good but basically room temperature because our server was distracted for a very long time with another guest that was already done with their food. I've been to at least two other Cheddar's in another state and this store seems to lack a bit in the quality of service I've grown accustomed to.

Lunch service...it was amazing fast service. Didn't have to ask for anything because she was on top of it. The food, where to begin the full rack was delicious falling apart easy to take off the bone. The meat was tender and full of so much flavor. The steak as well juicy tender melt in your mouth good. Everything was so good fresh and hot. Would definitely go back again.

Hi I did not take any photos this time. But It's been a while since getting out due to pandemic. I must say the food and service was great. This is one of restaurants in Albany that has made changes that I believe are for the better. I had a good experience dining with my family at Cheddars. Keep up great work!

*Enjoyed a special date night dinner with my fiance here- he had heard of the place but never been to one. *Our waitress Caitlyn was extremely good, the ambience was perfect, wasn't too crowded (the 25 minutes wait was well worth it!!) once some big parties left. *We both had steaks- which were cooked to perfection, medium rare while still tender, seasoning was perfect! The sides were amazing. Can't wait to return for another date night- keep up the great work

I have been extremely pleased with Cheddars until today. I placed an order online for pickup and arrived 10 minutes early. I checked in and a nice employee came out and asked my name and said it would be out shortly. 30 minutes later I call the restaurant and am told my order will be out shortly. After 10 minutes I call back and inquire about my order and to speak with a manager. My food is immediately brought carelessly to my vehicle, and it is cold. I am giving a 3 because all other visits have been amazing. This one not so much and I will not make another visit.

We just left there, there was 6 t our table, our Waitress was very Sweet. But,. After a long wait, 4 of the 6 people received their food, the other 2 of us finally got our food about approximately 20 mins later, the first 4 had finished there meals, when I finally received my food it was cold, & the other person plate had a hair in it. I'm not interested in returning anytime soon.
