Steak 'n Shake

I pulled into the clearly marked “Car Hop” parking spot and followed the directions on the the sign. As it was my first time, I had to download the app and sign up. I proceeded to place my order but I could not select “Car Hop” so I chose “Curbside Pickup” instead, which I feel like is the exact same thing. I placed my order and the last screen said to call the restaurant when you arrive. I called the restaurant and they said they do not bring orders out. I am in spot 39 with directions in front of me on a corporate provided sign and the people inside are oblivious? This isn’t McDonald’s. I pay $11 bucks for my Frisco and shouldn’t have to deal with this. Take down the signs at the very least or honor them. That would be cool too. Going in after 30…

HOW RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! I am currently sitting in the drive through waiting on my order. As I pulled up to the menu to place my order, this girl comes on, and says FAST "I just want you to know we are not taking any orders for any milkshakes, so, yeah! I was really taken back. She really needs some professional training!!! On a good note, I had the #1, "The original double steak burger with cheese, fries, and a coke. It was delicious. I haven't eaten eaten at one in years. If the clerk wasn't so rude and unprofessional, and the service bring extremely slow, I would have given 5 stars.

Went in Saturday, March 26. Ordered food on the Kiosk and then immediately found out wait time was over an hour. Told them wanted to cancel order and was told they do not know how to do that as the cook was fussing nonstop about everything and everyone. Was given a number to call for a refund into my checking account. Called number and was told money would be refunded to my account. Called back today (March 30) and was told they cannot talk to customers and I need to go back to the restaurant for a refund. Very rude and no help at all! Absolutely no one in this particular store was friendly at all. Was completely ignored and this was after another customer had asked about her food because they had been waiting for over an hour! Absolutely no one working there cared at all.

Ignorant. Workers who don’t care and are unprofessional even for a fast food restaurant. Was told to hold at the speaker and was left waiting for 15 minutes. Then had to explain my simple order 3 times so the girl could understand. Slow and seems they have hired workers who have no decorum whatsoever.

It is not the experience it used to be. You order at a kiosk, then they call your number to pick up your food at the counter where they just place your tray & walk off because they don't have time to stand there & make sure the right person is getting their food. No personal interaction at all. My single burger didn't taste as good as it used to. I only ate half of it. The top of the trash bin was nasty with food all over the top of it. It looked like it had been there a while. Even though there is not a mask mandate in Georgia, they still require you to wear a mask walking to your table. Amazing how once you sit down, covid risk goes away, and you can remove your mask 😷 😉

Went through the drivethru to grab a couple of shakes.. was disappointed as there wasn't the variety that I had remembered that there were my last visit. My companion thought the chocolate reeses peanut butter cup was pretty good, my chocolate chip mint oreo had me ISO oreo pieces (🤔😥)that were MIA but as a straight chocolate mint shake it was refreshing.. in future, I will ask for easy whipped cream as mine filled the cup 1/4 of the way. The thickness was a plus..
