Love the burgers here, I had to stop cause we don't have a Krystal any more..so I try to stop by often to get me some Krystal...love it

Krystal chicks had no Mayo, no pickles, chili cheese fries had tons of cheese and barely any chili, service was a complete hassle. There are only like 5 things on the menu and they act like they have no clue what you’re trying to order half the time. Drinks taste like nozzles have never been cleaned making them taste musty and disgusting. Food quality has gone way down and prices have gone up. Have this location many chances and every one was majorly disappointing. Will never visit again.

I usually love Krystal but next time I will now order only the burgers and Sweet tea! Their fries really seemed to need an oil change because several particles were sticking to them. Maybe it is just a gimmick to make them more crispy but it did not sit well with me. The Chili cheese pup I gave to the neighborhood cat after one bite and it made me wish that I had gone just a little farther down the road to Jimmie's Hot Dogs!

It got off to a slow start, but it turned out great, great customer service, food was good, clean Restaurant, overall it was good.

Service was moving pretty slowly, and our order was incorrect. They did make it right, though, and you can expect service to be slow in the middle of the night.

Had to repeat my order about 4 times but I said to my daughter she must be new and I understand that completely but my order was all wrong and wasn't that hot. So I was very disappointed 😞

1st time eating here...was better than expected. Burger meat kinda skimpy, but tasted well.

The food came out fast and hot. I'm not sure why but this time the food made my stomach upset. I really wish Krystal would add some seasoning to the sliders. Lately they seem bland and mushy with little to no flavor. Maybe they've changed some procedures during this Pandemic for safety purposes?
