Burger King

Visiting from out of town and I was not pleased with this experience at all. I ordered and paid for cheese on my burger, they forgot the cheese and ketchup on the burger but was sure to add extra mayonnaise which wasn't asked for. The oil needs to be changed that the fries and onion rings were cooked in. Very unprofessional environment and needs to be cleaned. As a customer I don't want or need to hear about personal drama. The positive was the young lady who saw me looking disgusted and aided in helping and the fries were hot.

First off the lights were off as if they were closed at 10pm, I sat at the speaker for 5 mins NO ANSWER... I literally had to call and ask if they were open! (I pulled off) After being told that they didn't close until 11pm I turned around to make my order the chick at the window had a major attitude! Placed my $30 order then was told to pull up! The girl that brought my order out, when i asked if ketchup and salt was in my bag she just SHOOK HER HEAD and proceeded to walk off! I then asked if there was sauce there for the nuggets "she put it in the bag" with her back turned to me! There is NO customer service! To top it all off there was about 10 cars behind me waiting!

Not sure how to rate today's visit.. was disappointed in my visit overall. The drivethru was long & slow process. Am thinking maybe the Radium Springs store was doing mass training of new people at once as service was slow from ordering at the box to getting to the window to pay (girl acted dumbfounded when i handed her my debit card as if it was foreign)to ordering a large chocolate shake a soft serv on side that was so wrongly done.. My "large" shake came in a medium size cup (20 oz?).. chocolate syrup that was poured in bottom and vanilla soft serv on top, it was filled with nearly an inch of nothing in cup from shake to top of the rim... THIS ISN'T A CHOCOLATE SHAKE!!!! When I mentioned it to the person at the window, was told take complaints to the toll free # on receipt. WHAT?? 🤔🤔 Obviously this store needs some training of their staff as it's not giving their customers what they order/want but what they want to give them
