The drive-thru wait was far too long. The marquee never showed the correct order for me. I really wanted their fast food Hamburger but the wait was too long.
They seem to have fixed their Milkshake problem which had become a running joke that comedians were using!

I came 4/4/22 at 10:30 they said they are no longer selling breakfast and there is a 15 minute wait for anything else. So I ordered coffee and waited for them to make it fresh. I drove past all the other

the only service i’ve ever gotten worse was sonic on ledo. the whole order was wrong. the coffee looks like sweet tea. didn’t give me the creamer and sugars i asked for. put cheese on all the mcgriddles. only two were supposed to have. they completely forgot both cokes. and on top of that the girl that came out to give me my food come out with an attitude and airpods in and had to remove her airpod to hear that she forgot our cokes. once we told her she forgot our coke and creamer the girl went inside and about 10 minutes later a manager came out with an attitude

This place is the absolute worst of them all. They still haven't opened up inside dining yet. All customers have to go thru drive thru and it takes forever to go thru the line for a sausage biscuit and a large drink. They serious need to consider closing the doors on this store for good.

Employee have no clue . They serve cold coffee , and don't know how to prepare their own products. One day they had no coffee. SAD VERY SAD
