Papa Johns Pizza

On June 17, 2022 I called to place an order at 8:25pm, phone went out right after order placed. Called again at 9:30p to ensure my order was enroute. Girl (never asking for my address) told me "it's on the way" . An hour later STILL no pizza. Mind you my son is home alone waiting for this food. I called back around 1030p and the girl says "we don't have an order for that adress". OMG, I was LIVID because now delivery orders have stopped and this could've been avoided by simply checking it the FIRST TIME I called at 9:30pm!! I requested to speak to a manager (because you told me an hour ago it was "on the way") so the girl puts me on hold and never comes back to the phone. I will NEVER be ordering from this Papa Johns again and if you want your food actually DELIVERED, try pizza hut.

Papa John's is always more expensive than the other chain pizza places. The pizzas I ordered were good but they messed up my order. Ordered pizza with mushrooms and got pepperoni instead. Also didn't get extra cheese on the other pizza which I paid for. Customer service was good and said they'd replace them but I didn't feel like driving back.

I have been here 3-4 times already. Never really had much of an issue. The pizza was hot and it is typical Papa John's, so if you like others you will probably like this chain. Today I tried their new Philly pizza. Not bad. I also had a double pepperoni with Philly meat as a special. Also good. I would have probably liked thin crust more, but went thick for my wife.
