Abby's Legendary Pizza

The best pizza I’ve ever had. We stopped in Albany on our road trip. We weren’t quite sure if we wanted to have pizza for dinner but this place was the closest to us. So glad that we stopped by at Abby’s for dinner. The pizza was very fresh and delicious. The place was clean and the staff was very friendly and courteous. We ordered half and half New Orleans shrimp and Philly cheesesteak.

New to the area and had heard good things about Abbey’s Pizza. Sadly the quality of the pizza just didn’t measure up. This makes the price outrageous. I don’t mind paying the price for a good pie but when Little Caesar’s is putting out a better pizza at half the price it makes me wonder if the this establishment is hiking prices before they close. That being said, I will not be placing any future orders here and will continue the search for quality pizza elsewhere. The pizza was still edible, just was not enjoyed. Solid 2 stars.

I ordered delivery from Abby’s Legendary Pizza while staying at the Comfort Suites on Opal Court NE while in Albany on extended business. My family and I passed several of them during our summer road trip through Northern California and we wondered what they were like. Well the service was great: super-easy to order on their website and delivery was right on time and the pizza was hot and fresh. I ordered the thin crust and all I can say is it’s fantastic! Fresh tasty cheese and toppings and the sauce has a great flavor too. The dipping sauce is a nice way to add a little extra flavor as well. I definitely recommend trying this shop.
