Arby's

Ordered the 6 piece hot honey chicken nuggets with the crinkle fries for $6.00 in the drive-thru. Got home to find I had only one piece that qualified as a nugget, one other that had just enough chicken to make it edible, the rest of the pieces were simply small crunchy fried batter piece. If there was chicken it them, it was unidentifiable. The sauce was great, had there been real chicken nuggets to eat with it. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Arby's is looking for full time workers! note: Albany Employees are working super hard. Be kind. Food quality ok/good. Seems to be back to regular hours. *Smoked brisket sandwich super disappointing, one piece of meat on it for $9 meal.* Employees are super nice and hard working. This place is normally very busy so be patient, and be nice the workers here. Plus they are hiring ! go apply !! i love the 2 for $6 deals. and the summer shakes. Excellent jalapeños poppers the best in the town with wild berry sauce. Getting the jamocha shake next time, it looked so good.

My husband and I went to this Arby's location for our lunch break. There were only 2 cars ahead of us and we sat in line our whole 30 minute lunch break. We waited 15 minutes before anyone took our order at the speaker. They also gave no explanation, apology, or any offer of compensation of why the wait was so long. I will not be doing business at the Arby's Albany ever again...

this Arby's goes above and beyond! They've been very shortstaffed, but still manage to do a great job! Good food, perfect orders, friendly employees! Say something nice when you go thru the drive thru! Show appreciation to their hardworking employees ! usually only 1 to 3 people working here, so be polite! They still do a great job! And have patience at the busy drivethru. Albany Arby's is great. Recommend! ps: They are hiring! Immediately! Apply asap..!! Enquiry by phone or at window for more information.

Last night we went and ordered 2 turkey & swiss with no tomato. A large crinkle fry & a large mozzarella stick. & Two root beers. We got home and found a large curly fry, 5 mozzarella sticks, two sandwich that were the turkey bacon ranch and one with tomato when both were marked no tomato. Customer service wasn’t the best either, as they forgot to mute their mic before yelling at each other. Won’t be going back for a while

Olga at the window was incredibly unprofessional, when we got to ordering our food all I heard exit the speaker was "You can order now!" I had been sitting at the speaker for two minutes prior without any response from anyone inside. If you're having a bad day, best not to take it out on customers, and if you don't like customer service get out of the industry.
