I usually don’t write bad reviews I hate doing that to a business but I was too hungry to be nice. We asked for all 3 bigger plates to have fresh orange chicken since we had to wait. I waited 15-20 mins for the fresh orange chicken to be done. No biggy, I don’t mind waiting for fresh food but was very disappointed when the other two plates had fresh orange chicken and mine was cold and dried out. I learned my lesson, check the bag before you leave!

Absolutely horrible experience with the workers. Orders almost always missing something. This time was 4 orders of teriyaki chicken with no sauce, missing items from kids meal including drink and fruit and veggies! The worker interrupted me and was extremely rude and didn't even get my order correct, I had to make an additional purchase at the window because of this. Do not go here expecting nice people and correct orders. Shrimp was good though.

NEVER have everything you want. Some products are not available that’s one thing… but the arrogance in which these employees tell you can’t be overlooked. They are rude and EXTREMELY unapologetic. As if they shouldn’t have all their items ready like every other panda in the world right? Or like we should know what they have ready from the drive thru. Arrogant management producing arrogant entitled minimum wage employees. Just be legit and talk to customers like humans. Stop protecting a company that puts you in that situation

It's okay we spending $150 my wife my two kids my mother-in-law and myself show me it's good but the noodles are burning and I don't know why it's the food is like that I never see Chinese food though but I hope people know this the employees know that too or the supervi 😐 no the noodles is just funny but thank you I enjoy this place every time I go there thank you so much have a great night

I wasn’t able to place a order online because the website doesn’t offer any entrees. When I called to place an order I was told they don’t allow them to be placed over the phone. I asked if I could talk to a manager and was told there wasn’t one in the building. The person sounded very annoyed with my request and was told there was nothing I could do. 1/10 experience.

DO NOT use this place if you need catering for an event or business. I had back to back terrible experiences with this Panda Express. I have used them multiple times to cater for my employees. I would always call at 11am and have it done by noon. Then a few months back I called at 11am and they said to order online. I order and it says it will be done at 1pm. I call them and say I need it by noon. The employee rudely said it would be done at 1pm and she couldn't do anything about it even though it has always been only a hour to get my catered food before. I show up at noon to get a refund and my food was ready! What happened to 1pm? Now a few months later and I order online to cater for my business at 10:46am. It gives me the same 1pm ready time even though I put in the comments to have it by noon. So I call and ask if they can have it ready by noon and the girl said they would try. Not trying to waste my time, I show up past noon at 12:30pm. I ask the cashier if my order was ready and she tells me they are still working on it, so I ask if it had even been started yet (it had been a hour and 45 mins since I placed my order) and she goes up to the cook with my ticket and he throws his hands up in the air and then she comes back and said it hadn't even been started! I leave and finally get a call at 1:10pm that my order was ready. Please tell me why it takes 2 and a half hours to make 3 party entrees and 3 party sides when I placed my order at 10:46am to try and beat the lunch rush. They didn't offer me a refund or have any sort of answer. I've spent a lot of money getting catering here but I will say I will never return after back to back beyond awful experiences.
