Pizza Hut

New to the area, was confused when the sign said no dine-in but door was locked even for pickup. Employee slowly walked over and calmly tried to speak THROUGH the door. After holding my hand to my ear, to show I can't hear, I had to press my head against the door to barely hear them say, "use the window." It would have been nice if their sign mentioned that there was a drive thru window, first time I've seen a Pizza Hut with a drive thru. My change was handed to me wedged between the containers of food, which was a bit odd too.

Lately dominos has been taking +2 hours literally to deliver pizza I’ve ordered from there 3 times and each time the pizza was wrong and took a very long time to get to me. So I decided I would order from Pizza Hut, delivered within 30 min and the order was perfect, I will be purchasing Pizza Hut from now on.

The main reason I ordered from Pizza Hut this time was cause I wanted the boneless wings but as per usual they were dry and that why I ordered the extra honey bbq sauce. The pizza was good though. I’m not sure if I need to try and come in the store some how which would make it hard cause I don’t drive but this isn’t the first time I have ordered the wing and they were dry. In the past I don’t usually have to put all the extra sauce on my wings like this time, but it just doesn’t seem to do any good to call and say anything cause the outcome is always the same.

I arrived at thew window and waited. And then rang the bell and waited. And then manually opened the window and yelled "hello." 5 minutes after arriving 3 people emerged from the back room without apology or explanation for our wait. They were maskless inside the store. The woman who retrieved our pizza seemed confused by the process. When I asked if our wings had ranch with them she dismissed me with "Usually they do." So I opened the box and discovered that there was no ranch. When I asked for ranch she was clearly put out by having to retrieve some. This was TERRIBLE customer service and really undermined my sense that Pizza Hut uses workers who care about the food and the customers. (The pizza and wings were fine, thankfully. But I can get good pizza many other places where service is much better.)
